Every champion’s journey starts with a single step. At Empower Elite, we’ve designed a pathway that takes students from their first private session through to standing tall on the competition stage. Here’s how the pathway works:
1. Foundation (1-to-1 Coaching)
Personalised private sessions to build competition-ready skills, fitness, and mindset.
1-2-1’s are weekly for 4 months.
2. Weekly Group Sessions
Dedicated Elite-only classes to train alongside other team members and sharpen skills together.
3. Squad Training (Every 2 Months)
Intensive team sessions focused on high-level sparring, competition drills, and team building.
4. Tournament Preparation
Guidance on entering events, learning rules, and performing with confidence.
5. Competition Stage
Step into tournaments locally, nationally, and internationally as part of the Empower Elite Team.

Every competitor has a unique journey. Empower Elite offers three specialist pathways so you can focus your training, sharpen your strengths, and compete at your best. Students may commit to one pathway or cross-train across multiple disciplines.
1. Traditional Kata
Master the discipline and precision of traditional martial arts. Kata develops focus, balance, and technical excellence — the foundation of championship-level performance.
2. Freestyle Forms & Weapons
Take your martial arts to the creative stage with dynamic freestyle routines. Add the excitement of weapons training — including Bo, Kama, Nunchaku, and Sword — to showcase power, speed, and style.
3. Kickboxing (Points Fighting)
Step into the ring with fast-paced, high-energy sparring. Learn the strategies, timing, and skills that win in points competition, from local tournaments to international championships.

Uniform: All Empower uniforms are custom-designed and exclusive to our members and team.
Equipment and uniforms: are supplied directly through the club to ensure safety, quality, and competition approval.
Limited Places – Apply Early
To ensure the highest quality of coaching, Empower Elite accepts only a small number of students per intake.
Each cohort runs for 4 months of private training before moving into the group phase, and spaces are strictly capped.

✅ Suitable for Juniors, Teens, and Adults (minimum age 7)
Once the places are filled, the next opportunity to join Empower Elite will not open until the next cohort begins — so early application is essential.
