At Empower Martial Arts Crawley we teach the Karate style of “Wado Ryu” and “Sport Kickboxing”.
We cater to a wide range of people.
Including the Home-ed Community with specific sessions during the day time and the SEN Community thanks to our SEN qualified Instructor present at all sessions including our Family Friendly combined Karate Kickboxing evening session and our Adults only Kickboxing Fitness day time session.
We hope to introduce more evening sessions in the near future to cater for Junior/Teens only, Little Ninja’s age 5-6 classes and Fitness only sessions as well.

Our Adult class suitable for anyone aged 18+ combines the skills of both Karate and Kickboxing but focuses on the sport of Kickboxing and integrates a range of Fitness components into 1 Fun, Energetic and Exciting all be it Sweaty Class.
learning self-defense skills such as how to move to evaid an attack, how to move in to strike but we do it through the competitive sport of kickboxing, great for boosting fitness, staying fast on your feet and exercising the brain.

Action Martial Arts Program
Our Action Martial Arts is a standalone training program.
Based around Performance Martial Arts which covers Competition, Stage and Film/TV.
We cover 5 key elements which are:
1) Freestyle Forms (like a gymnastics floor routine but for martial arts)
2) Freestyle Weapon Forms (like the rhythmic gymnastic floor routine but for martial arts)
3) Tricking and Flash Kicks, From Fundamental to beginner to intermediate and advanced to professional.
4) Fight Choreography from nice short fight scenes to full blown fight routines up to 3 person’s in a single fight scene.
5) Action Stunts, including how to fall safely, types of rolls and dives to parkour style vaults combined with martial arts/fight moves and so much more.
Our Action Martial Arts Program is an affiliate program created and designed by top professional Hollywood blockbuster Directors, Fight co-ordinaters and fight/stunt performers,
So you know what we are teaching is top of the line professional Hollywood level training.
We are the only UK Licensed training providers in the whole of the UK, Licensed since 2022.
And just to top it off, you could get the chance to meet and train with these Hollywood professionals as well, currently opportunities include Las Vegas and LA (USA), but plans our in the works for Europe and the UK.
